You may ONLY reserve seats in DEXCON 12 events if you are pre-registered. Click here to pre-register for DEXCON 12 if you have not already done so.

To reserve your spots in the events you want to play in, send eMail to THIS ADDRESS ONLY and include your name and the events you want to register for BY CODE ONLY! NOTE: You may ONLY choose Event Codes which are SHOWN IN GREEN. DO NOT CHOOSE CODES WHICH ARE SHOWN IN RED. Red Event Codes indicate later rounds in tournaments which you will be automatically advanced to if you win the preliminary rounds.

We will reply within 48 hours with a confirmation that your reservations were received. If you do NOT get a confirmation, assume that your codes are NOT received and try again. Note that you MUST include a valid eMail reply-to address for us to reach you to confirm!

In the interest of conserving space, repeat listings of the same event or multiple round events will contain only the title, a reference to the first listing, time and round information. In the case of cash prizes, Double Exposure reserves the right to withdraw the grand prize based on attendance of the specific event. L001: Cthulhu Live! 3rd Edition; "De Stella Nova" by PST Productions. A DEXCON 12 EXCLUSIVE! Seven months ago, on November 11, 1572, the crystal sphere of the heavens was cracked and ultimately destroyed. In the constellation of Cassiopeia a new star appeared. Each civilization's astronomers studied this star, measuring it's placement to find out if this was a new planet, comet, or some other new phenomenon. Each civilization came to the same conclusion: the fixed heavens that could not change has experienced change with this new bright point of light. Now in June as the star beings to fade away as mysteriously as it had appeared, Tycho Brahe has called on the science community of Europe to come together to determine what this new star could possibly mean to the terrestrial race. Can these scientists, enwrapped in their own earthly desires about fame, religion, money, credit and political power, put those feelings aside to shed a new light of reason on the whole world? Or is this new light merely the last gasp of a dying candle ready to thrust Europe into a new dark age? Or does this star mean even more dark things for man, for if the perfection of the heavens can change, what about humanity's placement in it? Costumes are encouraged. L002: Vampire: The Masquerade; "Treaty of Thorns and the Meaning of "Friends", Part One" by Joe Keiling. The treaty between the Sabbat and Camarilla of the Greater NYC area continues. The joint investigation into the sudden and increasing disappearances of distinguished members of both sides continues and once again, the Prince calls forth a gathering, to exchange knowledge gained. As is custom, the Independent Clans are welcome, however they should be on their best behavior. This game uses a card pull system with most of the rules based on Vampire Tabletop Third Edition. L003: Ganakagok (Jeepforged); "Dawn Comes to the Island of Ice" by Bill White. An INDEPENDENTLY PUBLISHED GAME from Bill White - Part of the Indie Games Explosion! You are a hunter, shaman, or chieftain of the Nitu people. From time beyond reckoning, the Nitu have lived beneath a star-filled night sky upon Ganakagok, an island of ice sculpted into immense and soaring shapes by the legendary Ancient Ones. During this eternal night, the Nitu have revered their ancestors and worshipped the Stars - but now your elders have begun to mutter about the coming of the Dawn, and the dimmer stars have started to fade. The Sun is coming to Ganakagok: will the People live to see the Dawn? L004: ALARPA Combat System; "The DEXCON 12 Boffer Tournament". A collection of the greatest warriors from the past, present, and future gather to see who is the best of all times. Fighters will square off in one-on-one duels in a double elimination tournament to see who can emerge as the greatest LARP warrior of the con. Costuming and character play is heavily encouraged, but no special abilities, or magic will be in use. Armor may be work, but will not be counted. The tournament will run on a hit location system, not hit points or body. A true test of your skills. Friday, 2:00PM - 6:00PM; One Round; All Materials Provided. L005: Cthulhu Live! 3rd Edition; "The Big Score" by PST Productions. This is it, this is the Big Score. Some men never see it. It never comes for most. But this is your big chance. The big boss in Chicago, Paddy Lyons, offered you the job of a lifetime. You were going to take down the Chicago City Bank, holding at least $3.4 million. It was an audacious plan, you were going to take control of the whole city block. You had 30 men armed to the teeth with guns, hell you even had a mortar team on a street corner to take out any armored police cars. This is the big one, this is the last job you'll ever need to pull. The biggest score anybody'll ever pull. Costuming is welcome. This game originally ran at DEXCON 7. L006: Brimsteam LARP Rules v1.0; "Steampunk Lounge" by Ryan Alin. Brimsteam is a Steampunk LARP set in the fictional world of Lephia, the game follows the adventures and exploits of the O.E.S. Novaturient, the greatest Airship to ever sail the nine skies, as it explores a savage and wild unknown continent across the vast and deadly Kraken Sky. At Brimsteam you will find adventure and excitement and hopefully, if you and the rest of the crew are brave and lucky enough, a new world free of the Mageocracy and their corruption and persecution. L007: Cthulhu Live! 3rd Edition; "The Book of One - May the Road Rise to Meet You" by PST Productions. A DEXCON 12 EXCLUSIVE! Chapter 3 of the "The Book of One" campaign event. After discovering the hidden tomb in Egypt, the adventurers discovered a musical clue that is leading them to the Emerald Isle. But forces are at play to prevent their discover of the scared Holy Grail and the next piece in the strange puzzle that could lead to the discovery of Atlantis. This is the ALL-NEW EXCLUSIVE Double Exposure Campaign series that players have been asking for. Set in a Pulp-Noir 1938, the event will travel the world to exotic locations and face perilous dangers. With mind bending puzzles, trademark props, and custom characters, The Book of One will be an event not to be missed. L008: IBCGS; "Bar Crawl: The LARP" by Brian Chamberlain. What's more essential to classic tabletop gaming than a group of Adventurers walking into the local taverns looking for information of what's to come, or just to relax and spend their hard earned reward? We'll take this one step further and actually bring a group of Adventurers into the local taverns to search for rumors about what evils may be befalling the townsfolk! L009: Knight Realms; "A Night at the Serpent's Fangs". Life in the city is one of comfort and leisure for the rich, but for the poor it is spent looking over your shoulder and keeping a knife close. There is a bar in the slums where the brave and the stupid go to earn a quick coin or drown their miseries in ale. Rumor has it that this place is a front for a local gang, so no one like to ask what is really in the sausages. Now word is out that there is some new muscle in town looking to take over and with the pickings as slim as they are violence can only be a breath away. L010: Legend of the Five Rings RPG; "Waves of Truth" by FishDevil Productions. A DEXCON 12 EXCLUSIVE! A delegation of magistrates representing the Emerald Empire has arrived, and with them a group of Mantis. They demand answers and restitution for those whose lives were taken in the past few months. All are ordered to attend court to resolve the issue in whatever way will satisfy the Mantis Daimyo. Our adventure begins on ships traveling the voyage to the islands of the Mantis. What lies in the future for our Samurai and Samuraiko both on the high sea and in court? The custom rules of this LARP are based on the Legend of the Five Rings RPG 1st Ed. L012: Atmosfear: The Nightmare, Second Edition; "In the Lair of the Werewolf" by Kitsune Entertainment. For the first time in almost a generation, the Werewolf god, Gevaudan, gets to Host the Game. All of the Other Side is abuzz with the news. Rumors abound about how and what Gevaudan will do for this Game. The only thing that is known for certain is that Gevaudan has promised to revisit the past and make it a part of the future. Will things truly change, and will it be for the better? As usual, players will have the chance to play as either a Witch, Zombie, Vampire, Werewolf, Poltergeist, Mummy, Soul Ranger, and the newest House, The Restless Ones of John Doe. This is LARP based on the Atmosfear boardgame series. It uses the World of Darkness game system, but is not considered a part of the World of Darkness. L014: "Poisonous Ambition (PLAYTEST)" by Luke Crane. A WORLD PREMIERE EVENT! An INDEPENDENTLY PUBLISHED GAME in production from Luke Crane - Part of the Indie Games Explosion! The Hateful Flesh of God, an orc clan on the rise, is on the verge of either ultimate success or complete collapse. The knives are poised, the poison's laid; can you survive the moment of truth and lead the clan to victory? Or will you fall prey to the conspirator's plot? Players take on the roles of orcs, wolves, trolls and goblins in a small orc clan. Scheming, manipulation, and intimidation highly encouraged. This is an alpha test for a new system. L015: Mystic Realms; "Endangered Earth!". A WORLD PREMIERE EVENT! A brand new LARP adventure set in the Mystic Realms campaign setting of Modern Earth. In the mundane world of modern earth exists a secret group of humans with the power to manipulate magic. They are called Arcanes; they are recruiting new members. Join their mystic society and help protect earth from enemies, other-worldly and domestic. This event is scripted to allow participants to play the whole event from start to finish or to arrive late and join while play is in progress. Mystic Realms will provide new player training, scripted characters, costumes and padded boffo-weapons. This event is the first event in an on-going storyline and participants with Mystic Realms characters will be allowed to play their official characters at the event. L016: Cthulhu Live! 3rd Edition; "Rapture Under the Stars" by Fred & Tara Spiker. A DEXCON 12 EXCLUSIVE! So far, the 1985 Armitage Senior High Homecoming celebration has been one for the history books. On Thursday night the bonfire pep rally was ended early when a meteor hit nearby, killing a local farmer. Then last night at the big game, the star quarterback turned into a hairy monster right there on the field and was last seen fleeing into the woods. Tonight's the big dance and the students are buzzing with rumors of what might happen next. Some are calling it all a prank by the upperclassmen, but others think it may be leading up to something big. As the faculty strive to squelch the rumor mill and hold a nice, wholesome event, the students are ready for a night they won't ever forget. L017: CyberGeneration 2.0; "An Ongoing Everlasting Party" by Jonathan Lavallee. Every so often someone decides to rent a room and throw a party. There's no security, no adults and nothing but a time for a bunch of juves to get up to no good. It's been about a month since the last party, which means another one is going to be coming up. L018: Cthulhu Live! 3rd Edition; "Studio 42" by PST Productions. A DEXCON 12 EXCLUSIVE! Welcome to Studio 42, the hottest disco in New York, where anyone who is anyone comes to be seen. Party like you never have before and rub noses with the likes of the rich and powerful. Once you step inside Studio 42, your lives will change forever. Studio 42 is a Cthulhu Live event set in the late 70's Disco Era. Dust of those platform shoes, get that polyester suit dry cleaned and make sure you have your astrological sign necklace polished for this wild ride into Cthulhu Disco! L019: DEADLANDS; "Birds of Omen Part Deux" by FishDevil Productions. A DEXCON 12 EXCLUSIVE! Upon painted skies of cobalt blue our heroes face troubles both old and new. The Southern Rebels threaten our humble city of Cairo with warships and ironclads. The threat of the attack is very real and the Union not to ignore any threat from the South answers the call. They have teamed up with the brilliance of Smith and Robards and together they ensure the safety of all inhabitants of the historic Cairo. What fortuitous circumstance to have the call of Union arms to face the Confederate scare but is it anything more than a wing and a prayer? L020: Vampire: The Masquerade; "Shattered Legacy" by Niki DeRosa & Ken Butler. The Camarilla is very passionate about their ceremonies and their protocols. Now that the city of Philadelphia is back under Camarilla control they intend to continue with their ceremonies. The Camarilla insists that the city be formally dedicated and sworn to the sect, and the sect leaders have determined that the city is now secure enough to be declared held. The Camarilla has determined that a ritual to dedicate Philadelphia to the sect will take place, so three Princes will need to be present. Meetings such as this are a feeding frenzy of intrigue and gossip. The air is full of tension and false joviality as old "friends" meet after years of separation. Vampires all come together to try to gauge the power levels of those coming to rule in Philly as well as the local princes. Join us for a night of ritual and intrigue. L022: "Shelter In Place" by J.R. Blackwell. "Shelter In Place" is a survival game of zombie horror with a twist. For half the game, half the players play Humans and the other half play Zombies. In the second round, the players switch sides and the Humans take a turn playing Zombies while the Zombies try their hand at being Human. It's a cinematic game that works to capture the horror and fun of zombie movies. The setting is that the city where the characters live has ordered all the people to Shelter In Place, to seal themselves inside a building and tape up windows and doors. The game takes place in and around an "overflow" shelter, where several citizens from different areas have been shipped. Saturday, 12:00AM - 4:00AM; One Round; All Materials Provided. L023: Mystic Realms; "Mayhem in the Mine!". A WORLD PREMIERE EVENT! A brand new LARP adventure set in the Mystic Realms campaign setting Wild West Adventures. The Wild West was a place of magic, mystery and monsters. The presence of mana permeated the land creatin' a world very different from the one recorded by the stodgy professors who wrote our history books. Come and find out how wild the west really is! This event is scripted to allow participants to play the whole event from start to finish or to arrive late and join while play is in progress. Mystic Realms will provide new player training, scripted characters, costumes and padded boffo-weapons. This event is part of an on-going storyline, but new participants can easily join.
