You may ONLY reserve seats in DEXCON 18 events if you are pre-registered.
Click here to pre-register for DEXCON 18 if you have not already done so.

To reserve your spots in the events you want to play in, send eMail to THIS ADDRESS ONLY and include your name and the events you want to register for BY CODE ONLY! NOTE: You may ONLY choose Event Codes which are SHOWN IN GREEN. DO NOT CHOOSE CODES WHICH ARE SHOWN IN RED and have LOCKS on them. Red Event Codes indicate locked events which you cannot register for, later rounds in tournaments which you will be automatically advanced to if you win the preliminary rounds, or events which have already filled up to capacity (if we have a chance to update them).

We allow you to select second and third choices for a given time slot; indicate this clearly in whatever fashion you'd like, otherwise we will just leave that slot open. And of course, since the grids are not yet posted, we understand that you may want to reserve spots in one or two popular events immediately and then send follow-up eMails with additional codes once you figure out how to plan the rest of your convention schedule.

If you have already sent in a list of events from the Signature Event and LARP Schedule that was posted on May 18th, those events are already reserved, and you do NOT need to add them again. If you want to UN-reserve a spot in one of those events, just be clear about it in your email, and we will delete you appropriately. Each time you send more information, we will send you back your up-to-date schedule.

We will reply within 48 hours with a confirmation that your reservations were received. If you do NOT get a confirmation, assume that your codes are NOT received and try again. Note that you MUST include a valid eMail reply-to address for us to reach you to confirm!

Bring something interesting (not TOO interesting) and we will make the rules for it and put it in the field of play! Sense of humor is one of the only requirements to this game, because it makes the word silly look serious. We will be using the BIGYNYD! System for "combat resolution". W0649: Dystopian Wars; "Novice Battle" presented by David Burger. The year is 1870. The World is at War. The world of Dystopian Wars is similar to our own, but subtly different. The year is 1870 and the Industrial Revolution occurred decades earlier than in our own world. Technology is far advanced, and in many cases, unrecognisable, which has led to the development of fantastic naval vessels, hulking land ships and terror from the skies in the form of airships and war balloons. You command one of the great imperial powers of Dystopian Wars, you can defend your territories from foreign incursion, or you can conquer the world. The choice is yours. W0798: BattleTech: Alpha Strike; "Jihad Turning Points: Tharkad - New Year's Eve Massacre" presented by Jim Williamson. The last stronghold the Lyrans had was relatively potent and fortified. A DropShip construction facility in Mako Valley hid more than a battalion of LAAF and corporate hired mercenaries, along with groups of converted WorkMechs to deter any would-be patrol. To keep the Word of Blake out, executives seemingly pledged their loyalties and cooperation to the Blakists "in the interest of the company". However, it was only a matter of time before the Word found out the corporation's true loyalties. When they finally did, forces marched out to surround the complex, and the Lyran soldiers revealed themselves to buy time until their officers could be whisked away. W0865: Battleground: Fantasy Warfare; "Giant Rumble" presented by Marcus Giegerich. Battleground: Fantasy Warfare is a point-based miniatures game - but without the miniatures. Battleground uses cards rather than painted models to represent your forces. This means a much lower price as well as easier transportation and setup, but don't be fooled - this is not a "light" war game or a CCG. This will be a multi-player per side event where the game will be at least double the size of a typical Battleground game for maximum carnage! The surviving Lyran resistance units eventually caught on and showed their pursuers they could play the same game. Friday, 8:00PM - 12:00AM; One Session; All Materials Provided. Beginners Welcome; Fun, All Ages.

W0867: Bolt Action; "Tank Battles" presented by Joseph Johnson. From Blitzkreig to North Africa, from the Russian Front to the D-Day Landings, Bolt Action puts YOU in command of the most brutal and famous battles of the Second World War. Your orders are clear, you must keep the peace but not at the cost of the safety of the Federation. This will be a four way battle between the Federation, Klingon Empire, Romulian Star Empire, and Section 31. Will you be able to maintain peace, or will you be forced to do the unthinkable? This will be played on the incredible 50' x 20' ARENA with models and toys as well as custom made ships in a 1:2500 MACRO scale.
