ONLINE REGISTRATION

You may register online for DREAMATION 2005 until Friday, January 21, 2005 (at midnight). Please use the following form to register. You will be sent a confirmation eMail within 24 hours. Note that if you are joining The Avatar System for the first time, you will need to use the Character Registration Form and pay the $15.00 annual Avatar System fee separately.

If you are using a credit card, you will have the opportunity to enter the credit card using our Secure Server after you have completed the registration process. Each individual should fill out the information on this page separately, even if one credit card is paying for multiple people. Use the "Notes" field to explain what is being paid for. If you have already registered for DREAMATION 2005 but are returning here to take care of your credit card payment for any reason (i.e. it got declined yesterday and you fixed it today), you can go straight to the payment page by clicking here.

Credit Card via Secure Server: Once you submit this completed page, you will be given the opportunity to enter your credit card information on our Secure Server. Please note that it is YOUR responsibility to enter the correct amount to be charged AND to explain in the "Notes" field below if there is any discrepancy between the credit card authorization and the person who is actually registering (i.e. Jane Doe is paying for her son, John Doe).
Check: Once your form is accepted, we will give you instructions on where to send the check. Please note that unlike the credit card method, you will NOT be considered registered for DREAMATION 2005 until your check clears.
