Red Event Codes indicate later rounds in tournaments which you will be automatically advanced to if you win the preliminary rounds, OR events which have already filled up to capacity. Check this page often, it will be updated frequently.
We will reply within 24 hours with a confirmation that your reservations were received. If you do NOT get a confirmation, assume that your codes are NOT received and try again. Note that you MUST include a valid eMail reply-to address for this to work properly!

In the interest of conserving space, repeat listings of the same event or multiple round events will contain only the title, a reference to the first listing, time and round information. In the case of cash prizes, Double Exposure reserves the right to withdraw the grand prize based on attendance of the specific event. L002: "Rise of an Ancient Evil" by Ancient Empire. A great and ancient liche has been entombed for 3000 years. A deranged cult believes releasing him will make them stronger and the liche will become a god. The race to stop them before this could happen is on! Learn about the intriguing boffer LARP, Ancient Empire, as they transform one of our ballrooms into a giant fantasy maze! Players will led by various hooks to each situation. The situations are designed to teach players how rituals, spell, actions etc. work. Further along, they will learn how to interact with each other and learn how the different types of characters are dependent on each other and team work. They will learn combat at another spot and also learn that role playing is not all hack and slash by actually being taught how to role play. Details of the religions and societies in the Ancient Empire world will be given in a quick glossed over fashion. Players are encouraged to show up in costume if possible. Players will be able to either make characters on-site or take pre-generated characters. Character and costume information can be found at: http://www.ancientempire.net. Spoofing The Hobbit in a dungeon crawl setting, this introductory game will combine good old fashioned AD&D with role playing, a heavy dose of comedy, bad jokes, awful puns, etc. The point here is not to get uber-serious, but just to have a fun, memorable game, share some laughs, and make new friends. All this fun takes place using a huge Master Maze Dungeon for a realistic look and feel to the crawl. B296: Concentration. One of the simplest games at the convention, the game of Concentration puts 25 cards on the table face down - 12 sets of 2 same-value cards and 1 joker. Players flip two cards, and if they match, they get to keep them; otherwise, they get turned back down again. The joker is an instant match. A real test of memory! B297: Can't Stop. In this Sid Sackson classic, there's a board with all the possible results of two six-sided dice: two through twelve. The object of the game is to move a little marker to the top of three columns by rolling that result, but you need many more seven's than you need twelve's, based on the likelihood of each result. During your turn, you roll the dice and place temporary markers onto the board. You can continue moving these markers until either none of your dice match (your turn is over and all progress you've made is gone), or cut your losses and end your turn (placing a permanent marker in your rows).
