If you are using a credit card, you will have the opportunity to enter the credit card using our Secure Server after you have completed the registration process. Each individual should fill out the information on this page separately, even if one credit card is paying for multiple people. Use the "Notes" field to explain what is being paid for. OPENING CEREMONIES DINNER BUFFET ($10.00)
I would like to eat at the ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT Dinner Buffet starting at 7:30PM Wednesday night, July 14, 2004. I understand that I can either pay for it now by adding $10.00 to my registration price, OR I can pay for it when I get there Wednesday night. The buffet will include Roast Beef, Chicken, Pasta, Vegetarian Lasagna, salads, bread, coffee and desserts!
